The Navy team took a 9-3 lead after six innings and then barely hung on to take an 11-10 win over the Blue team in a wild, homer-filled game on Friday. There were a whopping nine home runs, five by Navy and four by Blue. Danny Serretti gave the Blue team a 1-0 lead with a solo homer in the first before Navy exploded for six runs in the second. Navy Squad Takes 6-5 Win In Game 2 Of UNC Fall World Series​

The Navy team fell behind 3-0 in the first inning before roaring back to take a 6-3 lead and then hanging on to take a 6-5 win in Game two of the Fall World Series on Sunday at Boshamer Stadium. Vance Honeycutt led off the first with a shot that sailed out of the park in right center. Mac Horvath blasted a solo homer in the third to give Navy its first run. (GoHeels.com)
