UNC vs Miami game thread—Monday 5 January 2021

Both teams have big boys in the paint and both teams need to win to get back into the race. The key factor as I see it is that Senior point guard Lykes for Miami who was projected to be a first team all ACC performer is still out of the lineup which hurts the Canes offense.

With so many trees on the court tonight rebounding is vital but it will probably come down to the same three things for both teams: Three point shooting, free throws and the big one TURNOVERS.

Need to build on the win last time out and start a winning Streak...

Both teams need some stick em as the turnovers are mounting both ways. UNC STILL CANNOT COMPLETE A ENTRY PASS and Miami is throwing the ball around like a hot potato. As someone else already said this is hard to watch.

Man our outside shooting is painful to watch. You have to pay attention under the goal because you are liable to get hit with an air ball in the head.

That was an ugly stretch... coinciding with a terrible line up: Kessler, Brooks, Platek, Love and Davis is not effective.
Sharpe and or Bacot should be on the court virtually all game.
Davis-love is not the right back court combo right now.
