This team is gonna live and die by jump shooting. Little to no ability to get to the line on a consistent basis with this group. Especially inside , seems the only guys inside that shoot em aren't great at shooting em.

Didn't Carolina shoot like 34 free throws? There were some issues with the game, but getting to the line wasn't one of them last night. The freshman bigs seems to have hit a wall with making free throws, not taking them.

It's not just about the 1 game. Look at the 12 games as a whole this year. This team is around 67th in FT's attempted per game. Not typical of Roy WIlliams teams.

I don't understand Maye shooting that 3 with 20 something seconds left when you have a chance to run the shot clock and game clock down to a few seconds. Try to get a look for Berry or Williams with 7 or so seconds on the shot clock to give yourself a chance at on offensive rebound. Even if Maye had made it, Wofford gets the last shot with plenty of time and is a great FT shooting team.

Not sure why you would run the clock down when you're losing. Maye shoots it better from 3 than Berry & Williams was blanketed, take the first open look. If he makes that shot you're singing a different tune, Im glad Roy is calling the shots & not you.

We start 2 seniors, 2 juniors, and a freshman. The upperclassmen played like shit. Each and every one of them. To blame the youngsters is bullcrap. 39-34 rebound advantage over a team that plays 4 guards! Only 9 offensive rebounds. Can't blame that mess on the freshmen.

Actually berry put the onus on himself and the other senior leadership on the team. Then he said if the young guys see it and hear it from me rather than coach they will probably buy in more. He wasn't laying blame on anyone and it's not like berry to do so. He blamed himself and kept doing so over and over again
