Haven't been poasting much lately. Figured I would start a thread we all can relate to. In remembrance of BillyL's grilling thread.

Reverse seared ribeye
Black pepper pan seared yellow fin in sesame garlic sauce
Roasted garlic herb potatoe wedges
Sliced garden fresh tomatoes 🍅

Wow yellow fin and steak.

Last night was BBQ chicken with garlic Parmesan mashed potatoes. I’m leaning towards a ribeye tonight

Doesn't take much. Living at the coast affords me easier access to fish. More of an appetizer than a large portion. Much cheaper than eating a meal out.
@Grayhead what kind of fish is tile fish? We saw it at the local fish market the last time we were in Ocracoke but never tried it.

Purchased a Kamado Joe and test drove it last night.
Burgers, chicken wings, and home fries.

Must say, this is a nice step up from a charcoal grill. My traeger was looking at me sideways though

Looking at a LOCO griddle next.

Grilled tuna, grilled zucchini with goat cheese, oregano, and field peas.
