Deems May postgame

Like him or hate him, he’s an entertaining listen for postgame. Tonight he said that UVA spent the last 2 weeks basically installing the App State offense. The UVA OC had us on our heels all night long. He ran the ball 54 times and averaged 4.2 yards per carry.

On the flip side, on a night where Drake was off and we had a ton of drops, we threw the ball 48 times and only ran it 29 times when we were averaging 4.9 yards per carry! Hampton had 14 carries in the 1st half and just 5 in the 2nd. Unacceptable!

Would You Pay $51 to Watch UNC on TV in the NCAA Championship Game (if they get there)?

That's the dilemma I hope to be facing next April.

Usually I sign up for Sling TV (Orange + Sports add-on), which currently goes for $51/mo. I sign up just before our first game and cancel after the NCAA tournament.

Normally that means signing up for 5 months. Last year, for example, our first game was 11/7 and the championship game was 4/3.

But this year our first game is 11/6 and the NCAA championship game is 4/8. Six months.

Fingers crossed that we make it all the way . . . and it's on CBS.
