Here is a note on Nick Boyd. I haven't heard particulars on the visit yet, and probably won't until tomorrow. But I have been told they are watching closely to see if he visits Washington before the dead period that begins on April 3. If he doesn't that could be taken as a good sign. If he does visit Washington then the way it was put to me is "that ship has probably sailed."
