5th serviceman passed away

You don't have an answer for what should be done, do you?
When did it become my job to have a completely-outlined plan on how to end terrorism and hostilities? By criticizing the idea that we hold the religion of Islam accountable for what a tiny minority are doing means I have to possess the key to world peace? I work for free, remember... and charge too much at that.

Do you have the answer?

Do you have the answer?

So even though you get on every single one of these threads and rail against any number of different points of view, you don't actually have one yourself outside of telling everyone else they are wrong?

And my answer is to defend the U.S., citizens of the U.S. and U.S. interests.

If Islamic countries wish to do nothing about their extremist citizens who will terrorize innocent people of any nationality, then I am all for neutralizing the extremists through whatever means are necessary, wherever they are located. The poor souls living under fear of the extremists need someone to look out for them and as no other country or entity is willing or capable of doing so, that burden falls on us.

I rail against any number of different points of view? Um, no, I typically rail against the idea that the religion is somehow the sole culprit. That and the reluctance of Americans to recognize their government's role in the situation. It's not like there is an abundance of different points of views being presented here.

And, no, I haven't sat down and come up with an entire solution. I do, however, believe that meddling and using military force is wrong. It's only made things worse. I'm not sure why I need to have a complete alternate plan in order to qualify for being able to recognize a flawed policy.

Well, I'm not a proponent of being the world's police.
Not to mention, you and I aren't going to be doing anything anyway. I also don't trust the corrupt people that get to do that FOR "us" either. They do an even worse job. Hey... if it were up to YOU and ME, and WE were doing it? I'd be more for it. That's not how it works.
