Monday-Sunday(even holidays).
* 12pm-1pm: stand underneath the basket and dunk the ball 100 times (No bunny a#s layups and no bs jump shots- DUNKS)
* 4pm-6pm: stand underneath the basket and dunk the ball 200 times. (No bunny a#s layups and no bs jump shots- DUNKS)
* 9pm-5am: While dreaming, stand underneath the basket dunk the ball 500 times. (No bunny a#s layups and no bs jump shots- DUNKS)

Soft/tissue problem fixed.
