Based on the way our society handles sports now, I bet every single player in the league received some sort of "participation trophy."

They've let NVSU drag them down to their level, Keyser. Us sweeping the ACC just ramps up the vitriol even more because they never thought we'd do it. Frankly, many of our own fans didn't either. Let both schools revel in their misery, they should hold a joint comiseration session in the PleaseNotCarolina. They might actually fill it up for once!

OK, that thread I understand. I never once said I was done with the team; however, I was hard on Roy after the Duke game at home where he decided to let that shit show happen.
Bottom line is that we all love the team or else we wouldn't care so much. Don't bite your tongue - let's hear how sh$tty we are as fans and how we can never doubt them. Maybe you guys can all just get that shi$t out of your system and we can go back to normal? LMAO.
Didn't say anything even approaching that and didn't mention a single poster by name. If I were to name a half dozen posters that I think have been over the top with their criticism this year, your name wouldn't come to mind. But feel free to self nominate yourself if you're feeling guilty.

This is the team I have been expecting all season long! I have NEVER wavered in my belief that this would happen and I saw the signs coming together. Roy is a mad genius and his moves are often too subtle for some, but I love that he is our coach. He built a TEAM that loves each other, is completely unselfish, is highly skilled AND flexible AND deep, and has finally turned the corner right when we needed them most! He developed two of his recruits (JB and BJ) to honored jersey status in their own right and hung a banner. He kept his team in the top 10 for most of the year and just cemented a #1 seed on the Big Dance, NOW he should call a time out to rest. We are blessed beyond belief that Roy is our coach; these wonderful young men are our representatives; and the University of North Carolina is our school!

Ibam very thankful this team turned the corner late this season. Was on pins and needles during the acc tourney. Roy and team proved they can take anything they want. Sweeping the acc this year has been a rollercoaster for sure. Looking forward to seeing what they can do for the remaining games. 6 more games
