Yikes, being up north it always amazes me how a bit of snow or ice shuts everything down. I get it, the salt trucks and plows are not needed as often, so not positioned to deal with roads, but that isn't much accumulation.

Yeah we definitely don't handle snow and ice like the rest of the country does.

But on a few rare occasions a snow game will turn the Dean Dome back into a Carmichael type experience. Students should be filling up the best seats as we speak.
