What good does it do to bring this out on a radio show other than to gain pitty for him and his staffs shitty coaching job.

You handle this through the authorities not through social platforms. These people could be tracked down and face legal consequences and if that isn't taking place don't complain about it happening.

So the question of the day is what are they doing about it?

Been saying this from the start…You have the evidence lock them up….Its against the law….

Why would Hubert even bring this up? All they had to do was contact the FBI a nd let them handle this serious situation. This will be great for recruiting. These idiots need to be held accountable for these threats.

If it even happened, unless i see sometime someone has been arrested for it then it didn't happen.

Its just another thing to take the heat off of him not being able to keep players or get players on the roster.

I have ZERO reason to doubt it, it is common when kids decommit. I recall vividly Eric Gordan getting many after decommiting from Illinois to Indiana. That was 20 years ago, people are unhinged when they feel they have been "left".

Jilted lover syndrome, just from fan bases, so many more feeling scorned and screaming you'll pay for this.

Death threats to anyone are reprehensible.
Death threats to players on a college sports team are ridiculously reprehinsible.
They are also a crime.
I hope they have been reported and investigated.

But you have to wonder why Hubert is bringing this up now. Has the threat been investigated? What action has come of it? Were responsible parties dealt with by the law?

It's not enough to say threats were made, it is better to give a full account, including detailing the University's actions to protect players.... otherwise, like with much of Hubert's interviews, it leaves more questions than answers.

I’m sorry but this has been going forever in sports. For Hubert to bring this up, especially after a horrid season, speaks to me of misdirection. Many are calling for his dismissal now, and it’s not a small group of fans either. Bring up a subject like this and suddenly he is the fearless leader mustering the troops. Sorry I’m not buying this.

I think it irresponsible for so many people to take time to insinuate that there was some hidden motivation to releasing this info. Why bring it up when you are discussing this season.....hmmm maybe because it was a significant occurrence during said season...-Why not talk about earlier...hmmm maybe because you are focused on helping your kids heal and dealing with the heavy weight they are already carrying...-Why not give details....hmmm maybe because they are hurtful and needlessly bring the names of the recipients into light.

Pretty simple and the insinations are coming from the same relentlessly negative sources that have been so since he was hired.

And why 'us'? Do you assume that any such deaths threats had to be made by UNC fans? Is it not in the radar of Anybody But Carolina people to do anything to ry t make UNC seem awful, including making death threats against UNC players while claiming to be a UNC fan?

Man I knew people back in the 90s that got arrested and had to go to court for leaving a message on answering machine saying they were going to beat somebody ass…

Should have pressed charges….When you let people get away with something that is actually illegal that’s why they keep doing it….

Then they do it to the wrong person and bam….
