The fans were by and large lost well before that BC game. It is just never going to happen that Mack can win the ACC. Masses have finally figured that out. Many now see themselves as having been sold snake oil in the form of a too old coach whose obey goat styrerngth has been recruiting. . They will not be happy to cheer on Mack next year. The Mack craze is over. UNC can beat Moo by 35, and that will not change. The longer Mack is not announced as leaving, the worst things will get for the program.
I think a healthy contingent weree, but many were gravcitating back, but that was probably lost Saturday.
