An ACC Team Will Be In the Championship Game

With every team on the right side of the bracket being from the ACC, that's guaranteed. But which team will it be?

I figure everybody knows this, but thought I'd mention it just in case.

Both Notre Dame and Syracuse have proved they can spring an upset, but I suspect they've shot their wad. Unless we or UVa let our guard down, we should meet in the Final Four. And that's a pick-em. Both of us are looking pretty solid.

On the other side, you sort of have to favor Kansas. But you can't count out Villanova pulling the (mild) upset today. Neither Kansas nor Nova look as good as I expect them to be when I watch them - but they win.

I don't know if it will be us, but I feel pretty good about an ACC team winning the title.

Assuming we get past Notre Dame, and in an alternate universe, I'd prefer to play any of the teams on the left side of the bracket in the Final Four over Virginia.

And by the same token, if we were to get past Virginia in the final four, I'd feel that we had passed the major test of the tournament - regardless of whoever prevails out of Oregon, Oklahoma, Kansas and Villanova.

UNC is the best team in the tournament. If they play with the same fire and hit shots like theyve been doing the last 3 weeks it should all work itself out
