Cadeau at the line hits to put UNC up by one at 74-73 with 5 seconds left
no reason for it to have been this close but I’ll take a road ACC win. Cadeau came up HUGE

I can’t even get excited about pulling out a fortunate 1 point win against a bottom feeder team. Glad we won, but this was still the same disappointing Carolina team.
We did a lot of growing in this one. Active on D, attacking the rim, emergence of Jackson, bigs more involved, and did it without Trimble!!! Go Heels!!!
If anything this game should add another bic lighter to the fire . This ND team is not good, this should have been a min 20pt blow out, no excuse for it to be as close as it was.

What coach would want to come to a program with a crappy NIL that can't buy a starting frontcourt, and a fan base that wants to fire you after you win the ACC and ACC coach of the year?
Unless the NIL drastically changes, this is what UNC basketball will look like for the rest of your life.
We had a crappy NIL for football and then a coaching change made it 5 times higher

We were very fortunate TV Teddy was not a ref in this game, 100 times out of 100 TV Teddy would have nailed Cadeau on that last drive by Burton.
Dude I don't give a damn how much NIL he gets he can't coach and I'm sick of it. Fire him and hire a proven coach like we should have done when Roy retired.
While my first call would be to Kelvin, my second call would be to Stackhouse, if I needed to make a second call, I don't think I would have to make a second call..

Actually, after Lubin got over a injury that hampered him early season, he was scoring at a 16-18 level but he was doing so making solid use of a mid range game that we do not see at UNC.
The donors pick and choose who they support. They starved Mack's NIL to help him fail. They are doing the same to Hubert.
Hopefully this game will build momentum for the team. It was ugly, and we look bad. But, pulling out a clutch win at the end sometimes can light a spark.
Brackelogy now has us as an 11 seed playing in a playin game, completely unacceptable.
we pulled a win out of our ass against a ND team that lost to Elon. that is where we are as a program. and for the love of all things good and holy, stop the nonsense around NIL and the cupboard being bare for Hubert. that’s total BS. he mismanaged what he had and absolutely dropped the ball on getting a big this offseason. we have more 4 and 5
stars than 90% of teams in the top 10. that’s the cold, hard facts. he’s a terrible coach. bottom line.
but yes, moving forward they will squeeze him on funds because he’s a sinking ship and everybody knows it, even some of you folks swimming against the current. do you donate money to somebody you don’t trust will put it to good use? i didn’t think so…..

i don’t think folks realize how poorly we are coached. hubert gets less out of any level of talent ive ever seen.
Nobody starved Mack dummy…JMU doesn’t spend more NIL money than UNC…No coach loses 8 games as double digit favorite over teams that spent more NIL…4 of those games Mack lost by double digits….
