Another Adam Lucas gem...

What flew over your head with the greatest of ease is that coach has no prob diplomatically making it clear when hes unhappy with a call/no call. He never even HINTED that a foul shoulda been called. So once again, with your permission of
Course, i'll defer to his opinion over yours. It was a great CLEAN defensive play by the nova guy on a soft underhand layup.
There was nothing Clean or great about that play. It was clearly a foul and has been so stated by numerous outlets such as Business Insider. This doesn't even take into account Phil Booth's blatant travel and then being awarded a phantom foul instead of a travel in the last minute. I do agree that Justin should have gone up stronger and he should of attempted more than 1 shot in the 2nd half.

JJ should have tried to dunk the ball. Better still, he should have circled back out to hold for the last shot of the half. But make no mistake, JJ was clearly fouled on the layup attempt.

HUGE momentum swing there after the no call and their subsequent score!

What I don't understand about the JJ breakaway is why he went to the opposite side of the rim, especially considering that's where the defender was. He was bringing the ball up the left side of the court and Booth was pacing him from the right side of the court. Why not just lay it up left-handed and use the rim to shield Booth from the play?

In any event, I don't think there was enough contact to warrant a foul.
