I disagree. Taking PSU, a top 10 program, to OT in Happy Valley, with a rookie QB starting for the first time, eclipses anything Fed has accomplished. Our 2015 team couldn't have done that.
As for Brohm, I'd love to have him as our coach. I just think a bigger football school is going to lure him away. I think we should have him on our short list, perhaps at the top, but I don't see him coming to UNC. I'd love to be wrong. I think we have a much better chance with Satterfield.
I went to the Georgia Southern game last year, a friend has a granddaughter at App. They won 27-6 and were a very disciplined, well coached team, something that has been nonexistent under Fed.

So you're saying you want Satterfield as our coach, because he's the best we can do instead of the best option? I'm not sure forming an opinion on him by watching one game is the best way to gauge his coaching abilities, especially since his resume isn't very good.

I saw more disciplined, fundamentally sound football from App in that one game than I've seen from all of Fed's UNC games combined. Players consistently in the right position to make plays, and then making them. No stupid PF penalties at crucial times.

Right, but in about 5 million other post you have said or insinuated that Satterfield should be the one we go after first. It seems odd to advocate for a guy who's best game is a loss instead of a guy who beat down a national power and has a better resume.
You can’t use the injury excuse if your backup and third string are all equally as shitty as your starter. We’ve had some injuries but candidly when you are playing with 2 star talent, there’s not much jump or drop on either side. We lack talent and depth. That’s recruiting. And we can’t recruit because our coach is a prick who has turned off top in state high school coaches and because the results on the field are trash.
And also you act like the injuries took us from a 10 win team to a 2 win team. Realistically in most years our over under is 6 games at full strength because of the lack of talent and depth. That’s mediocre/average at best football. Not exactly anything to write home about.
If he can’t recruit why has he consistently had better classes than Dave Doeren? It’s ether he can’t coach or recruit. Which one?

Also not exactly true. Once Doeren settled in at state, he has routinely out recruited Fedora and glaringly so in North Carolina. May want to re check the rankings recently. Fedora as a coach is a quickly declining asset aka a liability.

I did a quick check on rivals. The only year moo has out recruited us is 2019.
I’m looking at 4 stars and top 300 players (true difference makers on a consistent basis). Any power5 is going to get a top 40 ranking in recruiting based on 3 star volume if you are signing at least 12-15 in the 3* range.

If you read my posts above, I clearly state I’m talking about in state, North Carolina recruits. If you have a membership, you can sort rivals, espn and 247 across a variety of different filters.
Again, the argument is irrelevant here even though I’m right here. Results are results. Fedora supporters try to take the argument away from wins and losses and current trends, but rather focus on injuries, excuses, games we “should” have won, etc. the “games we should have won” is my absolute favorite. If we did this and if we did that, we would have won that game. That can be said for every team that loses. Stop the nonsense. We are failing miserably under this mans leadership and it is mirroring the bare cupboard that he left his last school. I’d much rather us be successful and winning games and not be in this spot but we are and it falls squarely and Fedora.
Good news is that with the new blue chair back seats in Kenan, it doesn’t look as bad on TV when only 20k show up for the games.
You have never limited it to just in state recruits in multiple posts. Your last posts is the first time you mentioned NC recruits and it was in addition to overall recruiting.
