They had a grossly overrated OL coach, as I said from the very second we heard the awful news that Mack wanted his ling time close friend for the job. Seareles can oversee great recruiting, a d if he gets a 2 deep filled with NFL potential players, his OLs can do a good job. But Searles is not going to truly develop players, definitely making them better than they were when they arrived. He is not outgoing to out scheme any sound DC/DL coach combo.
