He has to goto the NBA, so he can repay the earnest money his family was given. His family combined income is $44,000, but moved into a $750,000 home. but nothing to see there folks. Maybe he goes to the NBA to pay his unbelievably talented academic advisors and tutors that let him do 4 years of high school in 3 years and still maintain a GPA that would allow him to goto Dook.

Don't remember who said it, but somebody quipped that the Arizona kids (Ayton, Trier) announced their pro decision at halftime of the game where they were getting beat down by a low seed in the NCAA tourney.
