my new man crush is dave portnoy and his site...the dude is hilarious and doesn't mind making a fool of himself as well as his employees.

but my favorite segment he does other than golf cart fails, is pizza reviews...he hits one joint a day in nyc everyday until all are rated...here's an example, the one today...enjoy:

i just ordered the tee shirt, lol!

and former tar heel caleb pressley works for him.

Didn't know they had t shirts but marketing brilliance. That's the catchphrase that everybody knows. I've watched his pizza reviews for quite a while and love everyone of them. I think he literally eats just one slice a day and gives the rest away.

Okay, I watched several reviews and didn't get it. Then I came across this one, which features such proclamations as:

- MILF pants coming on the left...nope nope nope nope...never mind never mind never mind. False alarm. False alarm.
- I think we got a burn situation
- This could be a fork and knife situation if I had everything working for me as I like

I was also curious if there was an inventory of all his reviews, which of course there is (compiled by a dedicated fan).

Looks like another wild night in the Raising Heel house.

Also, are we not gonna mention that in the one linked in the OP,

1. The place is playing the very underrated "Same Old Song" by The Pietasters, and
2. He actually knew the song (kinda)

Good work all around.

isn't that, like... really far from downtown Boston? Google Maps says yes.

Unless of course you don't live in downtown Boston.

It's a 15 minute T (subway) ride from downtown Boston.

I don't have the multi millions that it would require to live in Back Bay, Beacon Hill, etc. so I have to take the subway into work with the rest of the poors. Pass this place on my way home though.

Oh shit, I always forget Northern cities have good public transit systems, which makes it much easier and quicker to travel to further away locations in the metro area.

Not so much in the South.

As much as I hate the MBTA on some days, without it I'd either need to spend a fortune to live in the city near work, or spend an hour and a half driving in the 10 miles from my house with all the traffic.
