I can't believe after all these years that I have been on this website not one dang on person in all Bladen County has not joined. In 2018 , there is about 30 thousand people there. At least a third of them have a job. I just can't believe that not one person in the whole county is a Tar Heel fan and has a computer and internet. Hell we even have a town in Bladen County that is named Tar Heel ! If you know somebody that knows somebody that has a friend in Bladen County get them signed up so I have a fellow Bladen County native on here. I miss home and the Bladen Journal will not mail the newspaper to me ! Somebody help a Tar Heel out. Bladen is a poor county so I ask that my fellow posters here take a trip to Bladen County for a weekend or a week at White Lake. Spend some money to help the locals out , go get a Melvin's burger, you will thank me. Go buy food , gas and entertainment. Shop with the local businesses , buy a property there. Help us out ! Anyone in the restaurant business if so the Front porch shut down and needs a new owner . It was the only place in the whole county to sit down and have a good home cooked meal. Somebody helps us out go down there and open up a radio shack or Toys are Us or a blockbuster video , I promise it will go well for ya ! Just pump some money in our economy any way you can . I try I go down and buy Melvin's magic burgers any chance I get and when I see a go fund me for someone in Bladen I donate. I need the help of my fellow Poasters here. Let's make Bladen County great again or at least let's help bring the county fair back ! Guys I am stuck at home on my day off with a 1st grader who ran a fever for a little while last nite , her school has a policy that if you run a fever stay away from school so you don't make other kids sick. she is on the cell phone playing games , watching Disney Jr. and I don't got anything to do so I probably start some useless threads today !

Not one dang soul from Bladen County , NC got off work from the saw mill today and decided to come on out and support my thread about the mother county ! We gave birth to 55 of the 100 counties in North Carolina ! Not one old man after hanging out in front of Melvin's all day could post here >?

They have a The Beast of Bladenboro festival about the end of every October.
Just shoot down 17 and catch 211 in Supply and it will run you right in to Bladenboro. While you are they spend a little money help the locals out , Maybe buy one the old houses Bladenboro and restore it to it's former glory. Stop by the pawn shop , it is the only pawn shop I have been in that sells dog food.

She dated a kid I played baseball with we were on a 13 to 15 yr old team and he was only on the team with us one of the 3 seasons played in that age group and I am 48 , so she probably is 50 now but I saw a pic of her on facebook and she still looks good. has teenage daughter that is a cute girl, don't know if she will be as good looking a woman as mom though .
