Can we stop with the Gary Johnson nonsense now?

Mocking the political process is the way to my heart. That looked disturbing. Too much Thai stick, maybe.

You would think he would be trying to portray himself as the most normal of the 3 candidates but that was very odd.
Normal is subjective. But, that looked like he was going for the most abnormal candidate. Time-and-place-for-everything doesn't appear to be in his wheelhouse. Adios, Mr. Johnson.

Of course we all know Fox News has no bias whatsoever but for sh*ts and giggles lets just pretend they are actually reporting something accurate for a change, they report that over the years he has been making fun of lots of people using that same gesture and is just "not good at impressions." Well if you're okay with someone with the mentality of a 12 year old, by all means promote this as your ideal candidate to run the nation. :-/.

Oh come on, don't exaggerate. Is he a bit flimsy? Yes, but he's not an idiot. He's still far better than the other 2 fools we have as options.
From what I have seen, the Clinton side is more concerned about sidelining Johnson.

No way. How many commercials have you seen from the Dems attacking Johnson? I haven't seen one, but they've certainly saturated the airwaves with anti-Trump spots.
I'm not talking about commercials or attack ads. That would look desperate. I'm talking about their media mouthpieces. I don't watch TV news, but from the inundation I get from uber-liberal friends online, MSNBC and lefty media are the ones that go after Johnson. I don't see or hear Fox & Company bothering with any 3rd party people.

If a 5-10% bloc falls for one 3rd party candidate, it will probably pull from Hillary and she needs all the help she can get. It shows just how BAD a candidate the Democrats have when they're neck-and-neck with a charlatan like Trump.

By the same token you could say just how bad of a candidate the Republicans chose if they're still behind a Democratic candidate as unpopular and untrustworthy as Hillary.

That's not a high bar to jump. It's like saying you're healthier than a dead person.

Which is exactly why nobody should be voting for the extremely low bar.

Would Johnson take away more votes from Hillary or Trump?

Hillary. There's a reason that CNN is refusing to poll young voters. Bernie had brought in millions of young voters who will not vote for Hillary under any circumstances. We didn't get behind Bernie because of left or right politics. We got behind him because he was actually willing to stand up and fight the corruption in Washington. The same corruption that Hillary Clinton typifies in every imaginable way. Call us idealists, but we aren't going to settle and we aren't going to hold our noses and vote just because the Clinton's ran out some controlled opposition.

This country needs to grow the eff up. We have two garbage candidates and a country full of grown men and women arguing over which of them is less terrible. While constantly convincing each other that a vote for anyone else is a "waste." Newsflash, the only way you get better candidates is by breaking the duopoly... You definitely don't do it by disenfranchising yourself and voting for one of them no matter what.

Dern shame in this once Great Country that those are the best we can come up with. :-(

They aren't the best we can come up. They're just the best money can buy.
And, really, the American governmental/political system is a thing of beauty. The system has preserved for itself a can't-lose self-preservation outcome. It is completely rigged to deny ANY competition. There is NO OTHER voice or party besides the two in-place. That's done on purpose. So, any politician that gets into the system has it made... for life. On top of that, the politicians are never accountable to their constituency. They can't be held accountable... there's no other option or alternative. Every corporate entity knows that all they need to do is pay their admissions and work it as hard or soft as they want to get the desired outcome.

And, to top it all off, and keep it going, you have the mass of people who really believe they have a say-so in this rigged game. And, they're more-then-happy to argue with each other about morality issues and anything else that will give them the appearance of making a difference. Not to mention abandoning the one thing that could make a change, which is solidarity and saying "F*ck all of you! We want something new!"

They have this place by the balls and nothing can make it let go.
