Carolina @ Pitt gamethread

Not feeling overly confident that our D can get enough stops, but hopeful.

If only we could import Fed to coach this one game every year. 😆 Dude was 6-0 vs Pitt, oddly enough.

Yeah, I think this is going to be one where we have to score 40+.

Last week, the D came up big in the 4th quarter.

True. Heels came up with 3 straight stops until that last td after the dumb squib kick. So let's hope that carries over to tonight.
Mack said the squib kick was due to the penalty and the longer kick, they thought a chance for better field position would come from a full-on kick and a return. I dunno about that logic, but that's what he said in a PC afterwards.

That was the easiest 11 yards any offense has ever gained

Oline try to at least slow someone down not saying block them since U haven’t done that all year. Big loss on the sack

Good stop on fourth down and then that mess on offense so right back where we was…Pitt ready to score

D held on a 4th and 1, but then the OL meant we had to punt from the 1.

7-0 Pitt

To be fair, the defense did stop Pitt on the first drive and the offense totally shit-the-bed. So, this score was basically an extension of the initial drive. If the Heels keep playing offense like that first drive, it will be a blowout.
