Can’t rebound can’t hit free throws can’t hit threes. Blame it on the NIL, blame it on Hubert, blame it on the players it don’t matter. Other then the fact this product fu**ing sucks!!
I said in the office season we would be a bubble team come early March, now I'm thinking we will be lucky to even be on the bubble in early March. On selection Sunday, nobody gives a crap about the score. It’s another Quad 1 loss that Carolina needed to win.
Coaching staff cannot figure out how to coach this team and get them ready at tipoff.
Wonder how much NIL would cost to make that happen. What's a two-way contract worth these days? $500k?We’d be 10-1 if Harrison Ingram had returned

Why is that?Coaching staff cannot figure out how to coach this team and get them ready at tipoff.
The catch phrase for Carolina sports “if”We’d be 10-1 if Harrison Ingram had returned
Starting to think this staff can’t do much of anythingOn selection Sunday, nobody gives a crap about the score. It’s another Quad 1 loss that Carolina needed to win.

Seems like the Heels have started out being ranked early on only to wet the bed lately this is becoming very frustrating6-5. Very possibly looking at 6-6 with another ranked team on Saturday.
3rd time in 4 years we’ll spend at least a month unranked (we began season ranked in all 3).
Likely looking at another roster overhaul after this year.
The program is in much worse shape than some on here care to admit.
That's a given. RJ, Withers, and Claude are out of eligibility. Jackson and Powell will turn pro. Trimble will at least test the waters (his brother left after 3 years with low draft stock.) Washington and Tyson are both heading for the portal (both seem better suited for a midmajor conference.) That's most of the scholarship players right there.Likely looking at another roster overhaul after this year.
I think Powell is backThat's a given. RJ, Withers, and Claude are out of eligibility. Jackson and Powell will turn pro. He’s a top 15 pick in nearly every mock draft I’ve seen. It wouldn’t make much sense to come back.I think Powell is back
I agree, and both must be on the court to close out games. Cadeau, I probably still start him, but he and R.J can't both be on the floor down the stretch.Ian and RJ are the only ones that demand attention. The rest are role players. They are the same position. You need that DAWG that demands two on dee. Those are your two.
He is from a Carolina family. He’s a top 15 pick in nearly every mock draft I’ve seen. It wouldn’t make much sense to come back.
Especially when he realizes Hubert has no idea what he's doing and it'll only be worse next yearHe’s a top 15 pick in nearly every mock draft I’ve seen. It wouldn’t make much sense to come back.
It’s not a Lottery pick on this team…None and I mean zero….Let's be real, ain't nobody turning down a lottery pick to comeback to Carolina's weak a** NIL. Belichick's NIL could afford to pay Powell enough to come back. But that $20 mill is for football.
It’s more than $20m …and the b-ball program is going to see an increase in NIL too, but that increase may be largely contingent on a new HC.Let's be real, ain't nobody turning down a lottery pick to comeback to Carolina's weak a** NIL. If you're right, next year's roster looks likeThat's a given. RJ, Withers, and Claude are out of eligibility. Jackson and Powell will turn pro. Trimble will at least test the waters (his brother left after 3 years with low draft stock.) Washington and Tyson are both heading for the portal (both seem better suited for a midmajor conference.) Who's in the running? It’s more than $20m …and the b-ball program is going to see an increase in NIL too, but that increase may be largely contingent on a new HC.
I have never felt like boosters or who ever the NIL money comes from just refused to spend money. It’s more than $20m …and the b-ball program is going to see an increase in NIL too, but that increase may be largely contingent on a new HC.
Just like Mack, Hubert is / was never going to get the full boat.I have never felt like boosters or who ever the NIL money comes from just refused to spend money.
Are you implying that they didn't like the hire from the start and won't release money or that they have grown tired of this experience and are holding on to their money now?
I’m not sure those conversations have started yet, but I do know one strong opinion that exists with a few folks at the top: if UNC and a big NIL commitment can get Belichick out of retirement, Jay Wright is certainly within the realm of possibility.Who's in the running?
Had we have made the right hire we would have kept rolling and wpuld not have been in this down turn.I’m not sure those conversations have started yet, but I do know one strong opinion that exists with a few folks at the top: if UNC and a big NIL commitment can get Belichick out of retirement, Jay Wright is certainly within the realm of possibility.
