I was talking to someone today and said I thought that Clemson's running game was the key to who would win. Etienne is the best in CFB and running the ball would help win the TOP battle and keep the LSU offense off of the field for longer stretches of time.

I hadn't watched much of LSU this year. Their skill players are ridiculously explosive.

The game went about how I thought it would go. I like Dabo and Clemson but I was kind of getting sick of them. So good for LSU.

I think Clemson got the bad end of the stick with regard to officiating. I didn’t like the targeting call and I absolutely hated the offensive PI call. That was a no call or if anything, defensive PI. But Clemson had enough opportunities to get it done and they couldn’t. That LSU team is historically good.

On a side note, are there two college football coaches more likable than those two guys? I mean, who wouldn’t want to play for either of those guys.

On another side note, what does LSU’s win mean for Saban and Bama? Is there a new sheriff in town?
