Anyone watching this on HBO?

I think most people obviously know what it is/was but this miniseries gets deep into how it happened, the Soviet attempted cover up, and just the absolute devastation of it.

Highly recommend.

I watched like 30-45 minutes of the first episode and it was mildly entertaining but not enough to keep me coming back.

I also watched about 30-45 minutes of that Wu documentary and even that didn't hold my attention. TV has been disappointing me lately.

Yeah - I think that's personal preference. HBO, Netflix, Showtime all have had some great shows in the past year. The Ron Artest documentary is going to be great as well.

I don't have HBO, but I did see something on some series like "Engineering Marvels" about the huge shell they are having to build to go over it to keep everything contained.

Oh sure. I wasn't necessarily saying that TV sucked these days, just that I ain't jiving with it right now. And now that it's summer, there's no chance I'll find anything on TV to watch. Outside of sporting events, I just don't watch TV in the summer.
