I hope he stays around for 3 or 4 years....The Best Programs keep the staff intact over long periods of time...In this day and time though that is hard....it's a fine line no doubt....

If Fedora can keep him around, a fully developed Chizik defense paired with Feds offense could win an ACC title or more. But recruiting upswing as a result of that kind of success will keep going even if he leaves.
