I just hope that Caleb and RJ are on the same page. RJ is quite vocal in his own right.
Thinking back to our 2009 championship team, I often noticed Wayne and Danny teaming up to get the team or an individual player (usually Deon) in gear. That was good to see, and really worked.
Last season, before it was clear that we were going to make that great run, I would sometimes notice that after a sideline huddle, RJ and Caleb would be talking to the players. Different players. I hoped they were pushing the same message, but midseason I sometimes thought they were pushing competing messages. Which can't be a good thing.
I hope they start the season on the same page. And I'd love to see them working in tandem like Danny and Wayne did.
