A source close to the situation confirmed to THI that there has been a mutual part between UNC and Tobe. The 3-star safety from Ocoee (FL) High School committed to the Tar Heels on June 28.

He is friends with UCF commit Braeden Marshall, whom he tried to help recruit to Chapel Hill. The development drops the Tar Heels to two secondary commitments and a possible reset on the recruiting board."
