Daily Drop: Why Did Hubert Davis Deflect the GM Question?

Why does Hubert do many of the things he does?

Curious question concerning this hire of a GM. Who do you think and who do you want that GM to report to? Think he should report to the head coach (Hubert), the AD (Bubba), or someone else? I have seen it put that Hubert was going to hire and I have a real problem with that. Do NBA head coaches hire the teams GM? If anything to me the head coach should report to the GM and the GM report to the AD. I think a GM should have input on a coach hire and I would like to have the coach be on the same page for a GM hire but that is not to me critical.
