I want to have the other players to be able to trust me when my number is called upon. That they know I can do my job and that makes my job a little bit easier. The offensive line did a good job today. The receivers caught some big time balls and made my job easy.

On what is the toughest parts of have two quarterbacks and only one can be on the field
It’s tough. You’ve just gotta be a good teammate and support whoever’s in there. We both know what we’re capable of, so whoever’s out there, you just gotta support em. It’s all about the team and getting the win.
On Coach not being happy with Marquise’s decision making in the first half, with you going through the practices, do you consider decision making a strength for you
Yes, I would consider that a strength. Just play within yourself and play within the offense and making good decisions, that’s what Quarterbacking is all about.
On the Decisions Coach was talking about concerning Marquise
I’m not sure exactly what he had problems with. I’ll have to watch the film to be able to tell ya. Marquise and I will watch the film together. We’re gonna critique each other and ourselves. That’s what we’ve always done. We gonna do the same thing we’ve always done.
On the fumbles you had
That was frustrating. I was reading the defensive end and it was a pull read, so I was keeping the ball and I just went to tuck it and it slipped right out of my hands. No excuses. Just gotta hang onto the ball.
