Orgeron is not going to get a P5 HC job until he has another successful run as Associate HC/DC/ RC. He is filled with intensity, and he draws players and inspires them.

Fedora needs to beg Oregon, and give him 100% control over the D - over all D recruiting and assistant coaches, over who plays and what position and how much.

And then Fedora needs to turn Orgeon loose on our offense, scaring the hell out of it.
