As I said on the thread on OOTB, grades kept Hood out of the bowl game. He's made some bad decisions and listened to advice from folks that, at least IMO, aren't
necessarily qualified to give it. His decision to go pro had nothing to do with anyone else leaving. I can tell you that from what I can gather he knows he should've stayed another year.
He's a 21 year old man who is finding out bad decisions have a price tag, just like we all have had to learn. I wish him nothing but the best.

Oh trust us, there's no curse or snakebite or "the administration hates football" going on in this EH situation. It's not bad luck or misfortune, whatsoever.
Thanks for responding. I have seen too many times in my 27 year teaching career how the having the wrong people "helping" you make decisions can go wrong quickly. I wish him nothing but the best with his marriage and NFL draft
