UNC doesn't have any early Big Games to note, so the first mention is this: "Several prominent coaches will be on the annual retirement radar, with none more significant than Alabama's Nick Saban, who turns 72 on Halloween. Others being watched include North Carolina's Mack Brown (turns 72 on Aug. 27), Iowa's Kirk Ferentz (turns 68 on Aug. 1) and Utah's Kyle Whittingham (turns 64 on Nov. 21)."

Mack's age aint going away. And he hasn't won anything of any merit in nearly a decade and a half. That at the time that UNC may finally be facing the most unpleasant hard facts about its long time happy go lucky attitude about mediocre football.
