ESPN's Idea of a "Bad Loss" (there's a question for you in here)

So Pitt and Syracuse are playing today and ESPN included in their bad losses each of their defeats to Clemson. I laughed because Clemson finished ahead of them in the standings, had more good league wins by far, and, by the way, BEAT BOTH OF THEM.

Then, they noted Clemson as a bad loss for Cuse DURING Clemson's game in the first half tonight, and at halftime, about 8 minutes later, one of the studio guys asked Joe Lunardi about Clemson's chances of getting into the dance. lol

That brings me to my question: Do you guys like/respect Lunardi, and if not are you baffled at how much air time this guy gets for something that is so fluid that it can dramatically change every few days?
