FBI Director's Latest Letter . .

I'm suggesting that someone has to take a stand. We are in an unsustainable death spiral socially, politically, economically that will result in the complete collapse of our nation if we don't do something to stop it. Four more years of maobama will be disastrous.

you can't be serious...all i've heard about the last 10 years was that the democrats were the party of doom and gloom.

you just proved fox news wrong, congratulations.

I didn't say they were racist. But, they are the other things.
Well, I guess you didn't use the word racist, but when you start saying things like white conservative males in the south you are implying it in the context of your post.

I am guessing that the poll is referring to "do you trust the government knows what it's doing?"
No, just a general "are you satisfied with the direction of the country."

No, I'm not. I'm just identifying the demographic.

I agree. To me an "extremely large" portion of the population is 80-90%+. I mean at the very least I think it needs to be over 50%. As you've shown, roughly 60% of people don't approve of the direction of the country (I'm one of them). If one thing's for certain, it's that Clinton will continue down the current path for the country. I think it's pretty clear Trump will deviate from that path, some think that new path will be better, others think it will be worse. So I guess the question that voters have to ask themselves is: whether they're willing to take a chance on Trump that his direction will be better than the current bad direction.

I don't buy the hype that Trump wouldn't be able to refrain from launching nukes at the first opportunity, or that his "mean words" will ruin our (already crappy) foreign policy/relations, or that women and minorities will be oppressed under his administration. So for me, I'm willing to take that chance on him. At least it wouldn't be more of the same crappy direction.

I'll bet up to a sizable sum on Hillary under 37 states. Name your price and I'm in (within reason).

You should stop betting. I'm really afraid she devil is going to win anyway. Even if it is rigged, you'll still have to pay all these bets. Maybe everyone you have bet with will just donate to the poor or a cancer fund.

You should stop nagging. No wonder you can't keep a man.

I can't keep a man because I always kick them to the curb! I have a low tolerance for BS lol..... and I don't NEED one so..... ;)

I don't want you to lose. I'm just afraid you might, rigged or not. The Clinton's are a friggin empire bigger than Trump's.

This is a good summary. Basically where I've been since the primaries.

Definitely.

I think we also have $20 straight up, but can't remember for certain. I'm fine with that.

Yep, very serious.

I'll jump in too on the under if you are serious @gteeitup. I feel kind of bad that you are going to have to sell your house to cover these bets though.

If there's more action to go around, I'd take $20 on that too. Let me know.

The only way Hillary wins over 35 states is if Obama was right when he said there are 58 states - and all 8 of the phantom ones vote Hillary.
There's not 58 states? Damnit, I believed everything out of that man's mouth.

Sooooooooo, let's do the math:

650000 emails X (1/8days) X (1day/24hours) = 3,385 emails reviewed per hour over the last 8 days. Assuming the FBI put 100 agents on the job (this is the number of agents that were reported to have been working the case up until July 2016...) working 2 shifts per day as reported, this correlates to roughly 338 emails reviewed per day by each agent... 28 emails/hour, 2 emails/minute... This would include review of any and all attachments, etc., cataloging results of review, etc. Yeah, right!!!

are you kidding? 71 is gonna have to sell the store after tomorrow! LOL

I don't own a store (yet). Lyles owns a store. Lyles is going to have to give me his store to cover his bet. It's been a running joke on here for months.

Sometimes it's better to observe before commenting. Just a friendly tip.

Hey @UNC71-00, will you give him a discount at your new general store so he can eat after he gives away all of his money?

No discounts on hookers or blow. He can clean the bathrooms and grease trap and beer taps though if he wants to accrue a credit to be used at his leisure.
