I've always thought the "wife/gf getting upset the husband/bf looks at porn" is a made-up 'just for TV' type of thing. Maybe I just only date freaks. Every girl I've ever dates watches more porn than I do (which, admittedly, isn't a lot to begin with).

I think there's an age factor at play here. My generation grew up having to find the hidden stash of Playboy magazines, or if you were extremely lucky, a VHS tape. A big part of accessing porn was sneaking around. The internet has made porn ubiquitous and more widely accepted. Well, except by bleed.
