JONESBORO, Ark. -- An Arkansas State basketball player is charged with punching a police officer in the throat at a medical facility.
Police say Anthony Livingston, 22, hit Jonesboro Officer Tyler Wilson on Thursday after Wilson threatened to shoot him with a stun gun because Livingston was being combative and resisting arrest. It wasn't clear why Livingston was at the medical facility.
Livingston fled but was arrested after being shot with a stun gun near the Arkansas State football stadium.
Wilson is hospitalized; his condition isn't known.
Livingston was ordered to undergo a mental evaluation and return to court June 29.

NC State or Central Prison?
I think its going to be impossible for UNC to get a decent grad transfer given the cloud of uncertainty with the NCAA, especially with what happened at lville this year.
Us believing Roy and all the recruits-parents believing Roy is 2 very different issues.

Mike Irby , I am like you sick of hearing about "The Cloud" ! The Cloud may have cost Brandon Ingram a shot at a title , amongst other players. No one knows what the future holds. If you want to come to the Hill come on down and should some kind of penalty come why you are here so be it. Life goes on !
List of top 10 transfers (only grad was Livingston) had Livingston listed #8 but didn't list any potential destinations , probably because of his baggage. It's a shame a guy capable of already graduating had to get in to trouble. Rick's son Canyon Barry is listed. I wonder if he can shoot like the rest? How many son's did Rick have? Also had Thornton listed as considering Miami.
No charges from NCAA against Mens Basketball. Therefore, there should not be a cloud ...
