It is absolutely taught... and that is NOT speculation. K literally rewards players for getting away with what he himself calls "asshole" stuff.Didn't watch the game, but just watched the clip on ESPN. Typical doochie... wouldn't expect anything less.
I do have to wonder - how does it seem like all these dookies act like such little bitches with their flopping, leg kicks, head whips, etc. I mean, it can't ALL be coincidence, can it? This HAS to be taught behaviours, or it is understand that when you suit up for dook, you must act like a punk?
Well done Grayson, you join the likes of Lattener, Henderthug et al for your weak-assed trip today
Punk
Nuff said
PS I don't know how to post videos but ESPN has it on their page. Can anyone help?
It's all part of the "code"....Suliamon's mom mentioned this when he got kicked out of Duke. Someday a former Duke player will write a book and make millions. Jay Williams mentions a few things in his book but nothing about the flopping. He did say in this book that K convinced him to not go to the NBA after his sophomore year when he was the consensus #1 pick in the draft.Didn't watch the game, but just watched the clip on ESPN. Only dspn could try to make being a douchebag seem like it's a good, respectable thing to be.I've been reading a lot of everyone's posts for several years now without posting anything of my own, but I thought this story was too funny not to share. After I finished reading this thread I went over to espn and find this article on the homepage.

Except the Louisville player would've gotten ejected, unlike any dookie ever. The whole play embodied dook and Allen to a T. He drove the lane and was expecting to be bailed out by the refs as he flailed and threw up an off balance shot trying to buy a foul. Then after that disgusting display, he one ups himself and trips an opponent intentionally to prevent a fast break.
Woulda liked to see the Louisville player walk over to him and "Laettner Stomp" him to send him a message that crap has got to go.
Tremendous post Heelicious
The BEST part about this silly article was the quote from another dook punk... Wnslow, who said Vader's favorite word to describe Allen was..............
AHOLE.
Isn't that great coming from your head coach??? These people all deserve each other. What a group of d bags.
I also liked the part where they referred to the Cameron goofballs as "clever and witty, instead of vile and nasty." I guess they've never actually been to one of the games.
Thanks for sharing. Lots of fail in this article, lots of vomit-inducing statements, lots of false statements and faulty assumptions and premises. A fair amount of racist inuendos: what does white / black have to do with it? people hated Winslow, Henderthug, Sheldon Williams, Carawell, Duhon, Dantay jones, etc enough.
And its not about them being good. Or being white. Its about being part of a program of dbags and aholes, from every coach to every fan to most every player. They revel in it. They wear it as a badge of honor. That's what makes them hated.
There are plenty of black players and white players who are WAY better than any Dookie and way more accomplished, that the general sporting population doesn't hate. They respect other kids / programs because these other players play and act in a way worthy of respect. Dook and respect should never be used in the same sentence.
If you read this article and still don't get how in love DSPN is with Dook, nothing will change you. They turn earning a rightly earned reputation as a hated, DISRESPECTED program (coaches, players, fans) - into something that Dook I guess is supposed to be proud of....because "white", because "rich", because "smarter", because "talent". BS to all of these faulty reasons
Do you think UNC fans hate Duke more than non-UNC fans?
I STILL hate Duke & UK threads.
Yes.Do you think UNC fans hate Duke more than non-UNC fans?
