Great game. Congratulations on a hard fought win. Yall earned that one big time. To say it was nerve wracking is an understatement.
Good game fellas even though it didn't go the way I wanted it to but life goes on. I am hoping for an all Carolina title game which would be fun. Good Luck!

C B 34 I'm embarrassed at the darn kids comments you received at our house. They have changed our board for the worst. We still have some much more mature fans that realize it was an awesome game and we should be proud of our players efforts and that UNC is a great team.
I wish Roy would change his mind where we both could have at least one game a year on a neutral court!
Thanks to the UK fans exhibiting good sportsmanship. I appreciate it. And when I see reasonable UK fans here being cordial, I'm more likely to be complimentary of their team. Cal has a good thing going as far as the system he employs with OADers. It's truly impressive that he can motivate and instill a sense of urgency into 18 year olds year in and year out with little support from upperclassmen. UK is there annually.

I shouldn't have gone over there in the first place, even with good intentions, especially right after a gut wrenching loss. But I appreciate the kind sentiment all the same. I did receive some cordial replies, so I won't paint all UK fans with the same brush. It was a classic, and it demonstrates that our programs bring out the best in each other.
These are easily the best two teams and very evenly matched. Should have been the title game.

UK this '16-'17 season had a great team. The two games UNC and UK played were classics.
IMO, these were the two top teams.
I'd like to see us play a regular set home/away but that may not fit as our conferences involve so many games.

It's gotta be frustrating as a UK fan to not get to root for Fox anymore as a cat. That OAD just leaves you so empty after the season and you have to get to know literally a whole new team for next season.
Some of the things I've enjoyed most as a TH fan are cheering for guys like Marcus, Hans, Brice, Justin, Joel, etc. for 3-4 years.

Your guys stepped up so big down the line, making 3 huge threes, and one of them a circus shot. If we had let down even a little Ky would have advanced. Games like this one are so tough, even when you win, you kinda hate it for the kids on the other team.
Who knows,this loss might just motivate them to come back for another try,if so UK will be the odds on favor next year no doubt.FOX was devastated.
Would be nice, but no way. Both Fox and Monk are lottos for sure (maybe Bam too?). No way any kid should ever give up that money. Period.
