Just saw strange case where this guy goes home sick on February 12 , 2018.
Family in Maryland gets concerned drives to Atlanta , find all his belongings and his dog in the house but no trace of the doctor. A month later no sign what so ever of the Doctor . Family is offering 15000 dollar reward for info on his whereabouts .
In society today with the technology we have , how do you disappear with out a trace like this ? Police say it is a very strange case with the CDC contradicting earlier reports that the doctor left work after finding out he did not get a promotion. The article is on yahoo.com if you wish to read it or see the video about it..

He's probably sleeping with the fishes.
It seems logical to me that he is unable to contact his family as a reasonable would . Why is he unable ? I hate to think it but I think he is dead also and we may never know what happened . A very tragic ending to a very gifted life. Though I do hope against all odds that he turns up.

Isn’t this how the Walking Dead started?
And so it begins....

No, he was making fun of how Rick says Carl. However,
Carl got bit by a walker and is now dead, which is a major departure from the comics

So you definitely know a lot more about the industry than I do, do you believe the stories about AMC not wanting to pay Chandler Riggs? He was about to turn 18, so he would have become an adult actor, and naturally his old contract was up. He was the future of the story, and would have been able to negotiate for some serious cash. His dad claimed on twitter or facebook that Gimple and AMC completely shafted him. Gimple is such a fückwit that I totally believe it. And the writing was shit. It was completely unnecessary to off him in that way or at this time.

I do think those reasons had something to do with why that story happened. That character was never one of my favorites, I wasn't a hater, but as someone who has read a good number of the comics, it was a major surprise. Happening when it did also makes me believe that it was partly for those reasons. There is a similar contract dispute happening now, Rick and Daryl renegotiated for raises, and Maggie was doing the same and AMC isn't willing to pay her as much as she wants. There is heavy speculation that the show will kill her off as a result, and the actress has filmed a pilot for a show on ABC. There is still time for the sides to come to an agreement before anything happens there, but it is going to be a bummer if they kill off another character that is still alive in the comics for these sort of reasons.

Just on a related note, I'm getting to the point where I really want the show to start wrapping up. I still enjoy it, but not as much as I used to and there are other shows I want to start, but I'm devoting time to this. And there are only so many times the show can follow the cycle of Group comes to a place, Group meets Enemy in that place, Group has confrontation with that Enemy, Group loses 1-4 major characters, Place is destroyed, Group moves to new place.

I heard about the Maggie story from the actor who plays Ezekiel speaking out on her behalf. If she gets killed off this season then we'll have our answer.

I really wish HBO had gotten this show, and that Frank Darabont was still in charge of it. The first season was awesome. But the show could be a lot more realistic in certain areas if it wasn't on regular cable tv.
