Came across a letter my mother saved from when I was at UNC. Dated, December 3, 1963. Told them about registration and classes for Spring Semester, thanked them for all they'd done, I was headed to WC for the weekend, and told them about plans for two friends and housemates along with myself buying Gator Bowl tix for $6 each and plans to stay with friends in Jacksonville. The Come from Behind win at Duke and a crushing victory over the AFA ended 1963 really well. Go Heels. Finish strong, again!
