Haven't watched an entire NBA game since MJ retired (the 2nd time ;) ).

I really don't, I watch a little of the play offs, maybe a bit more this season than usual. I did try to watch all the Olympic play.

Put it this way, if college football or college basketball is on, that is what I watch and don't even consider watching a NBA game. I will gladly watch NASCAR before I would watch the NBA regular season.

If the NFL or NHL isn't on during NBA season I might watch a few Celtics games. Generally after I turn it off I say "and that's why I don't watch that crap more often".

Only when the good teams play each other.

NBA basketball is horrible outside the top 5 teams.

Not to mention the everybody run to the 3pt line basketball is boring.

I do. Helps me understand both games better. For instance, why kids these days keep talking about being positionless. That's directly from seeing GS succeed (not saying Kerr invented that). Same reason Knox talks about being free to grab a rebound and take it up the court to score. That's NBA stuff.

I watch quite a bit! I play draft kings so that always makes me wanna watch and keep up with it more than usual lol

Less and less each year. Especially with the East and Western conferences already knowing who their Division champion already is with KD to the Warriors and the East not having anyone strong enough to challenge the Cleveland "LeBrons".

Exactly how did you come up with that reading thru this thread?
Huh?

Nobody talks about the nba at all (minus unc players) until last year when all it was on this board was a Lebron bash fest during the finals.

The topic is still there I am aure. Go read it.

Everyone hating on Lebron and how it was rigged and they were cheating GS and yadda yadda.

While Lebron is putting up one of the greatest NBA finals in history, getting bashed. Mostly I suspect from people who do not even watch the nba.

And, as the topic shows... most do not watch it.

That is how I came to that conclusion. Based on last year and the previous year.

(Would be amiss to forget that some "watch" the nba to see if Duke players lost. Kyrie hate was up there but not on Lebrons level)

I just asked, just because i wanted to see how much of the free broad watches it. Simply because sometimes I see posters talk about the NBA game in its curent state. Then turn around and say they don't watch it. I know most on this board already follow unc players careers to an extent.

Some watch it but most swear only by the college game.

NBA ball is a bit different. That said, I am sure almost everyone on this board likes college more.

I actually like Lebron. I just don't care for the NBA. I was happy to see him bring a title to Cleveland. If the Red Sox or Cubs can't win the series then I would like to see the Indians win it.

Biggest difference is the spacing. Also postions do more these days. It's no longer the 90s nba.

Love what Lebron does for his community. But not watching the games I have no problem with him as you claim some do. But let's get back to seeing who watches and who does not.
