Grew up 23 minutes from Rupp Arena. Dad played football at UK. Grandpa was assistant AD at UK. Needless to say UK has a lot going in their favor.
I'd say the visit was quite timely, given that the allowed summer practices started yesterday.
Maybe. When I see pics of his whole family decked out in UK gear, I'm thinking money may not be the deciding factor here.
But it sure as heck couldn't hurt for UNC to make the highest bid.
Personally I interpreted the recent offers to Acaden Lewis and Derek Dixon as the UNC staff hedging their bets on Johnson.
Heard he's gonna commit in July... Bama Illinois Kentucky UNC ... we will see
