This thread is for any and all questions.

Background- I poast on a message board where a Brit drops by daily. He apparently is scared to start an AMA thread, but I once took a class on the Revolutionary War and I like James Bond movies, so I feel I am just as qualified to hoast this thread. I should get bonus points for playing for playing rec league soccer in 2nd grade too.

Ask Me Anything!!

Why is he afraid to start a thread about the American Medical Association?

Can you explain offsides?

Jolly good one, ol chum.
I can understand it in a way. I can't remember the last thread about the American Medical Association that didn't end with people getting banned and a lot of hurt feelings. Best to just steer clear of that.....

Not sure if you're being serious, but at the expense of looking like a dummy...

The last defender sets the line. The runner in red is good there, but if he was ahead of the last guy in blue at the time of the pass from #7, he's offside.
***Ahh, unless they've pulled the keeper!

What happens if one of those royal guards has to take a piss? Also, if they get a wedgie can they pick it out as soon as it happens or do they have to wait until their shift is over?

I laughed at this more than I should have.

They have a bag inside of their trouser leg.

Before accepting the role, they are obligated to go through six-month conditioning camps where sufficient mental strength is developed. If you can't hold a wedgie for at least a week, you are deported to Ireland.

Do your history books talk about how the US kicked your ass in the revolutionary war? :D

I paid little to no attention in History class. I'd like to think, for the good of my classmates, that it was covered though. Hopefully they did something in life.

Like build a homemade shield in case shit goes down again.

But seriously, I'm always impressed by how good Americans are with history (or, at least the people I've come across). I've had a quiet theory over the years that the US government collated Megan Fox lookalikes and sent them out across the country to teach your curriculums.

Because I don't remember a single person in my classes who had any interest in anything before the year they got their first mobile phone.

Unfortunately that's the way it's becoming over here. Our schools are starting to get rid of things like history so they can have more time to talk about how horrible the US is and why people who believe in religion are idiots (except for Muslims of course).

How often do you see a knight in full armor riding a horse with a lance?

Do you think Cameron should resign?

I'd say so, yeah. In the last four days, he's put on an absolute clinic of how to show you're not the right person to be the Prime Minister of any given country. Lies, hypocrisy, doing the opposite of what he preaches for the good of the UK.

I don't think there's any way back for him. He's ordered his own removal.

Sounds like he would fit right in over here.

The weather is pretty temperamental. Most days it's just cloud covered, windy and below 10 celsius.

Very bland. If we woke up one day and it was hot and sunny all the time, I don't think people would really take to it though. Something about English dreariness that certain people are attached to.

Not me.

Is beer better hot, warm or cold?

Cold.

Speaking of politics, do you guys actually keep up with American politics? I know some foreign leaders have talked about how much they dislike Trump, but I've wondered if the average person pays attention.
