Same here! I wasn't able to catch the game tonight but between watching highlights, checking box scores and reading Gary's post-game post, sounds like we can be a dangerous team once healthy. Hopefully our young pups can grow quickly with all the burn they are getting from the start and we can continue to be an elite team by the end of March.
JF started and did really well! (I was wrong about this one fact, but I am thrilled with the youngster's play!)
Please let's put the Roy was being loyal thing to bed. He played Withdrew at starter too long because he knew the boy was so selfish that if he benched him he would be lost for the season. AND that is EXACTLY what happened! Roy knows his players and often makes long-term decisions that might cause a little dip in the short term. BTW: we really could have used the idiot later due to injury/fouls!
7th regressed so much he lost his position, but aren't we lucky that he is such a team player and such a true Tar Heel that he accepted his role and played pretty well!
