Add some extra time to your trip. It took me 15 hours yesterday when it should have taken less than 9. I was at a stand still on 95 at least 40 different times not moving at all while in NC and SC. Once we hit Georgia and it opened to three lanes and more everything moves smoothly. But the fact that we ate lunch and dinner in SC tells you about the pace of our trip.
Now, it was the Sunday after Christmas, so that had a lot to do with it. But the person who served us dinner said people had been having similar issues for a few days.
