Fill in the blank OOTB, whaddja y'all got, folks . . ?

I'll go first . .

Slurp a dozen or so oysters . . maybe follow that up with a half pound of steamed/spiced shrimp and some cold brewskis.

I just may haveta head down to the Fish Market this evening and exercise my american right to do both.

That sounds fun, can I go????

I would LOVE to be sitting by a cozy fire pit (in cooler weather than this, of course) with a handful of my friends laughing, listening to some great music and having a nice fall meal with drinks.
 
Go fishin' which is exactly what I'll be doing when I get to Swansboro tomorrow morning. Got the Suburban gassed and loaded with the camping gear and kayak. The only bad thing is I have about a 6 hour drive ahead of me.

Anyway you could run some oysters out here to Nebraska for me? They would work nicely into to my plans. I'll trade you a big fat Nebraska Ribeye!

...walk out of the office and trade paint with all the other drivers leaving downtown, get home and listen to my wife talk about how my daughter is screwing up in college and my son spends too much time playing video games, get some crappy dinner like breakfast night or something, and cap it off by watching re-runs of Big Bang Theory (unless Dancing with the Stars or Masterchef is on) until going to bed by myself sometime around 9pm and starting over at 5am tomorrow...NO. I think I'm going to walk across the street to Morton's and get a scotch or two/three/four and a steak and then go see Buddy Guy play House of Blues tonight and maybe come to work tomorrow in the same suit I left home this morning in.

Good friend of mine here is a rancher. You can't beat it. Several friends that come out bird hunting with me buy from him to take back. Much cheaper too. 1/4, 1/2 or whole cow works out to about $3.50 per pound.

She knows I'm going so won't be too bad. She went to lunch with girlfriends a couple of weeks ago and they all rolled in at 1am (from LUNCH...on a Wednesday!)

Your evening is really close to what my Friday evening is going to look like. Willett rye w a splash of fresh oj and dash o' bitters. Men's Club Championship weekend here and I've been playing well last month or so. We'll see.

Where are you playing?
