Is it possible to arrange an annual season opener in Charlotte?

TV would love it. But could we get teams to make it work? I don't think SoCar could afford to play it as an annual game (that would mean 10 set games for them each year), but perhaps Tennessee would agree to play neutral site in Charlotte at least a couple of times per decade. The Vols have always recruited NC.
