I see Coby White jumped up to 30 in Scouts ranking. Ian Steere up to 76
Cam has 2 years of eligibility left
Ian Steere up to 76
Correct. But who knows, he could leave after 1 year to go pro. Either way the wing will be pretty crowded; seems to me like Hamilton's only shot at starting as a frosh is at the 4. Even then he'd need to beat out Luke.He was a RS Soph last year right? If he's eligible next year, he'd be a Jr next year and a Sr when Hamilton's a Frosh, right?

Good point. But he isn't starting over the other guys either, so I don't see why Cam's transfer in would effect his choice. No chance a freshman Hamilton starts over a senior Maye.
I agree. I’ve been saying the same for years. These kids just don’t jump at the chance when it’s there. Now he might play at Boston college? State? Wake? But, he could have been a Tar Heel. That is just on a whole other level and he lives in state. Our new PG out of Ohio Francis said when he got offered by UNC it changed the whole complexion of his recruiting and then he jumped on it. Just like Leaky and White ( so sorry for you and yours about your Father young man). Hamilton had his chance but he is enjoying all the love from everyone in the recruiting process. But once you commit to Chapel Hill they still keep recruiting you even if you are committed. The door was open for the kid for a while, do not believe it has been open for a while now, if he really wanted us he should have jumped when he had the chance. With Little now in the fold and call it a done deal for Wendal Moore in 2019, Hamilton really is no longer a need or IMO a take. I do think the kid can become a solid player but he is kind of a 3/4 tweener that would not have started over a sr Cam and definitely would not start over Little or Moore.
I think we can all agree, the way our program looks now is very different than it looked at the end of last season when the door was opened wider for Hamilton. I think we can agree, we likely do not get Little without the steering scandal but it happened and we have him. Hamilton would have been great insurance if we didn't get a Little and Cam leaves after this season but that policy is no longer needed, should have been bought at the first offering, he who hesitates loses.
