Yellow tail tuna is the beez kneez in my book.

Where is your gf from? I’ve been to Thailand and I want to go plus visit Vietnam and maybe Cambodia.
She’s Khmu. It’s a tribe. They have no set homeland. Best I can describe it is they’re like the Cherokee Indians. Her family is/was from Laos. But there’s Khmu all over Southeast Asia. Mainly Laos, Vietnam and Thailand (where her older sister was born). She even has family in France.
Dammit. Most of sushi is tuna or salmon. Tuna is the most popular by far. Toro, fatty toro, hamachi, yellowfin, bluefin, etc are different cuts or species. Additionally, most of the raw stuff is slightly basted with a delicious sauce. Finally, the rice is superb. Regarding eel or octopus, that’s always cooked as it’s delicious. Charred/grilled. Mmmm
This is assuming you are eating at a really nice place. Great sushi joints vs run of the mill is like getting a steak from a top. Itch steakhouse vs Applebee’s.

I don't doubt it, but I was referring to threads getting deleted. Is that actually happening?
I like sushi. Not sure if it is the real thing or not. Also don't care. Because I like it. The best two places around here are Yellowtail and Hanonoki.
